How Beauty Suite works
1. Set up your business
Create a professional account, purchase one-time access, then add your studio details, services, prices and business hours.
2. Share your booking page
Enable booking in Business settings. Copy your link and send it to clients. They choose a service and available time, then enter their details. No client account or app purchase is required.
3. Manage the appointment
Open the appointment in your private workspace. Start the service, mark it completed, record money you received and share aftercare. Client bookings show only your public business information.
A few things to know
Who is this app for?
Beauty professionals run their business in Beauty Suite. Clients use their professional’s separate booking link. Clients never see private notes, income, other clients or business settings.
Does recording a payment charge a card?
No. Your client pays you using your agreed payment method. You record money already received. Completion and payment status are separate.
Can I put appointments in my phone calendar?
Yes. Export an appointment as a calendar file, then import it into your phone’s calendar. Browser reminders run while the app page is open. Background push notifications and automatic client texts are not active.
How do I purchase Beauty Suite?
Create your professional account and purchase access for $19.99 USD once. Any applicable tax and currency conversion are shown in Stripe checkout. Access opens after payment confirmation. Clients use your booking link for free.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Open Beauty Suite in your browser or add it to your home screen. The iOS App Store version has not been released.
