Beauty Suite privacy & data

Beauty Suite stores your account, studio details, appointments, client contact information, business records and uploaded photos so you can manage your work. Account authentication is handled by Supabase. This independent web version stores studio records and photos with Cloudflare through its hosting provider.

Your private workspace

Only your signed-in professional account can open your studio records. Your booking page exposes your public studio details, service information, booking availability and photos you have chosen to publish. Private client notes and financial records are excluded.

Client bookings

Clients book without an account. Their name, email, phone number and appointment note are saved in the professional’s workspace. Contact details supplied during booking are not verified. Contact your professional directly to correct or cancel a booking.

Photos and consent

Keep client photos private unless you have consent to publish them. Turning off public visibility removes a photo from the booking page. Uploaded photos from the earlier ChatGPT preview have not been copied into this version.

Export and correction

Professionals can export studio records, correct appointments and payments, and restore their own backup from Business settings. Restore replaces the current records. Keep a backup before replacing data. Clearing a photo reference does not automatically erase the underlying upload; permanent account and file deletion tools are still being prepared.

Purchases

Stripe handles checkout, payment details and receipts. Beauty Suite stores your account’s purchase reference and access status. We do not store your card number. A full refund removes paid professional access.

Notifications

No automatic client email or text is claimed. Manual sharing is handled by the app you select. Browser alerts run only while this page is open. Calendar exports are copies that you import into your own calendar.
